What Breathing Room is for
It is for family coordination: inviting trusted people, organizing a request for help, and keeping ordinary caregiver reminders and planning resources close by. It is not a substitute for clinical records, a pharmacy, a doctor, or emergency services.
How access is protected
- Each person signs in with their own email and password.
- Care circles are intended only for invited people.
- Administrative activity is limited to operational information rather than family content.
- Payment details are processed by Stripe rather than stored by Breathing Room.
How you can help protect your circle
- Use a unique, strong password.
- Do not share your sign-in with another person.
- Remove access when a helper no longer needs it.
- Do not put private health information in support email.
- Use official clinician and pharmacy channels for medical questions.
Report a concern
If you believe someone accessed your account without permission or found a security issue, email support@breathingroomcare.com with “Security concern” in the subject. Do not include health information in the message.
