We collect the account information you provide, such as email address and name; circle membership information; ordinary service activity needed to provide the product; and payment status supplied by Stripe. Google Analytics may collect basic usage information such as pages visited, device or browser information, and referral source.
How we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, maintain your account and care circle, respond to support requests, measure site performance, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Health information boundary
Breathing Room is not HIPAA compliant and is not designed to receive protected health information. Do not enter patient records, diagnoses, insurance information, medical documents, or medication names and doses in shared areas.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the site, authentication, payments, email, and analytics. They process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You may request account help or deletion by writing to support@breathingroomcare.com. We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, billing records, or legal obligations.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Questions can be sent to support@breathingroomcare.com. Do not include sensitive health information in your message.
